There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the HopOnSlacklines.
Full Replacement Policy
We have a full replacement policy on any items you receive that are defective in any way. You have 30 calendar days to contact us about your defective items from the date you received it. We will arrange with you to have the items returned and to ship you your replacement product.
Only items that have been purchased directly from HopOnSlacklines.com can be returned. HopOn Slackline products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
If an item is defective, we will pay for return shipping.
We will accept returns within 30 days as long as the item is in brand new condition and is fully resellable.
If the item is not defective, customer pays for return shipping.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the pieces and documentation that were included when you received it.
Requesting a Return
If you have created an account with us, you can see your order details and order number in our manage account section. To make a return or request a refund please email customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject line "returns" and include your order number.
